Working at the intersection of research, strategy, and systems design, my practice focuses on structuring interaction models, workflows, and platform experiences that support long-term engagement and understanding.

Grounded in spatial and environmental thinking through architecture, I work with teams designing physical–digital ecosystems that connect people, technology, and environments. My experience integrates service design and systems thinking across retail, infrastructure, and digital contexts, translating complex systems into coherent experiences and operational clarity.
